How long will it take to get my package?

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 10-15 business days of receipt. During peak times or holidays, processing may extend to up to 5 business days.

International Shipping: International orders may take 10-15 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.

Domestic Shipping: Once processed, orders are shipped and typically delivered within 5-10 business days.



Orders

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation email. It will contain a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

How can I return a product?

We do not accept worn, damaged, used item returns. Customer has 7 business days after delivery to return item, afterwards all sales are final. No returns in sale items.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. However, creating an account would help you. It enables you to stay up to date on new launches and easily track orders.

How can I cancel my order?
